Attribution and visitor journeys
Follow visitors from the ad or search that brought them, through the pages they read, to the key event that counts.
Journeys by page
Which pages visitors start on, move through and convert from.
Source attribution
Which campaign or channel brought each converting visit, from first-party data.
Client-approved key events
What counts as a lead is set with the client, not guessed by the tool.
Revenue without double counting
Each transaction is counted once per client and transaction ID.
Human-led
Attribution is never perfect. Analysts use journeys to sense-check platform figures, not to replace judgement.
How we use it on client work
The steps our team follows, from data to decision.
- 1
Measure on the client's own website
GoGee Tag records visits, journeys and page speed on the client's site, with privacy safeguards such as masked form fields.
- 2
Check the tracking can be trusted
We compare website measurement with what the ad platforms report, to find missing or double-counted results.
- 3
Find what slows people down
Journeys, speed figures and session recordings show where visitors hesitate or leave, so fixes can be prioritised.
- 4
An analyst checks, a person decides
Findings are checked against the source platform by a Net Age analyst. Any change to a campaign or website is made by our team by hand. Insights itself never edits accounts.
Questions it helps us answer
- Where do visitors arrive, and where do they leave?
- Is the website fast enough on mobile phones?
- Do website results match what the ad platforms report?
- Which step of the enquiry or checkout causes people to hesitate?

Common questions
Does it slow my website down?
The tag is designed to load lightly, and we check page speed figures as part of our work.
Can I sign up and use this myself?
No. GoGee Insights is a private beta used by the Net Age team on client work. Access is through becoming a Net Age client or an approved beta enquiry.
Does it make changes to my accounts?
No. Insights reads data. Any change to a campaign or website is made by a Net Age team member by hand, after review.
