Client Notes and central context
Numbers rarely explain themselves. A sale, a stock problem or a website change can move results more than any bid. Client Notes keeps that context next to the data.
Threaded notes
Notes and replies stay together per client, with private file attachments shared through signed, expiring links.
Known events
Promotions, launches, outages and site changes are logged with dates, so a spike or drop can be read against what actually happened.
Business understanding
What the client sells, who they sell to and what counts as a good lead is recorded once and reused across analysers and Ask the Data.
Saved tables and charts
Useful findings can be saved with the client instead of being lost in a chat history or someone's inbox.
Human-led
Context is written by people who know the client. AI reads it; it does not invent it.
How we use it on client work
The steps our team follows, from data to decision.
- 1
Start from the client's context
We read the client's notes, known events and business goals first, so questions are asked with the right background.
- 2
Ask the question in plain language
The analyst asks what they need to know. Insights reads the connected accounts at that moment, read-only.
- 3
Trace every figure
Each answer shows the period, accounts and numbers used, so the analyst can confirm them before sharing anything.
- 4
An analyst checks, a person decides
Findings are checked against the source platform by a Net Age analyst. Any change to a campaign or website is made by our team by hand. Insights itself never edits accounts.
Questions it helps us answer
- Why did results change this week compared with last week?
- Which campaigns or channels are driving most of the leads or sales?
- What happened in the business that could explain a spike or a drop?
- What did we find the last time we looked at this?
What it means for clients
Faster answers in meetings
Your account manager can look up a figure while you are talking, rather than promising to come back next week.
Context is not lost
Notes about your business, promotions and events stay with your account, even if a different team member helps.
Numbers you can trust
Answers show where each figure came from, and an analyst checks them before they are shared.
Common questions
Is the AI answer sent straight to me?
No. Answers are a starting point for our analyst, who checks them against the source platform first.
Can I sign up and use this myself?
No. GoGee Insights is a private beta used by the Net Age team on client work. Access is through becoming a Net Age client or an approved beta enquiry.
Does it make changes to my accounts?
No. Insights reads data. Any change to a campaign or website is made by a Net Age team member by hand, after review.
